(“uShip Logistics,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site.

This Policy applies only to your use of the Site itself. It does not govern any services you may receive from us after contacting us through the Site; those services are governed by separate service agreements and policies.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Do Not Sell or Share Policy, and Carrier and Shipper Service Agreements, all of which are published on the Site.

All content made available on or through the Site—including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, branding elements, downloadable materials, design elements, layout, and all underlying code—is the exclusive property of uShip Logistics LLC and its parent company, uShip Inc., unless otherwise explicitly stated.

3. Restrictions on Automated Use and High-Volume Form Submissions

The Site provides forms—including a quote request form—intended for standard user inquiries and individual use.

You are expressly prohibited from submitting more than 20 quote requests per calendar day without our prior written permission or authorization. This restriction applies to manual use, automated tools, bots, scripts, scraping tools, or any system designed to generate multiple submissions.

Use of the Site to obtain bulk data, perform competitive intelligence gathering, or create any competing quoting or logistics-related datasets or tools is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

While using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt Site operations or security.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems.

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the Site’s underlying software or architecture.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate Site access for any conduct that violates this Policy.

The Site is built on the Squarespace platform. Your use of the Site may also be subject to certain Squarespace terms of service, hosting conditions, or technical limitations. We are not responsible for downtime, performance issues, or third-party platform limitations.
